Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, in-depth session where we explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle and goals.

Testing is always optional and only recommended when it is likely to add value to your care. I will talk you through any suggested tests, including the rationale, costs and how the results will be used to inform your plan.
