Health is rarely just about one thing. My consultations combine nutrition, psychology and behaviour change to help you better understand your body, support your well-being, and make sustainable changes that feel realistic for everyday life.

1:1 Support

 I offer private remote consultations for those looking for personalised support in women’s health, nutrition and behaviour change.

Areas I Can Support With

 I work across a range of women’s health concerns, including:

  • Gut health and digestive issues
  • Hormonal health, including peri-menopause and menopause
  • Energy, fatigue and burnout
  • Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
  • Endometriosis and pelvic pain

My Approach

My work combines nutrition and psychology, recognising that health is not just about what you eat, but how you think, feel and live day to day. My background in health psychology and chronic pain research also informs how I support individuals experiencing longer-term or more complex conditions, where a realistic and compassionate approach is essential.

Consultations

Initial Consultation

(60–90 minutes | £250)

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, in-depth session where we explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle and goals.

This may include:

  • A detailed review of your medical and health background 
  • Exploration of current symptoms and potential triggers 
  • Assessment of diet, digestion, sleep, stress and energy levels 

Following the session, you will receive a personalised plan, which may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle strategies and supplement recommendations where appropriate.

 

Follow-Up Consultation

(30–45 minutes | £75-£100)

Follow-up sessions are designed to support progress, review what’s working, and make any necessary adjustments.

These sessions may include:

  • Tracking progress and symptom changes 
  • Refining your nutrition and lifestyle plan 
  • Addressing any new or emerging concerns

Functional Testing & Blood Tests

 Where appropriate, I may recommend targeted testing to provide deeper insight into your health and help guide a more personalised approach. This can include:

  • Nutrient status testing (e.g. vitamin D, B12, iron) 
  • Hormone testing (including menopause and stress markers such as cortisol) 
  • Gut health testing 
  • Food allergy & sensitivity testing 
  • General health markers (e.g. cholesterol, blood sugar, inflammation) 

Testing is always optional and only recommended when it is likely to add value to your care. I will talk you through any suggested tests, including the rationale, costs and how the results will be used to inform your plan.
