I'm Dr Naomi, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Chartered Psychologist specialising in women's health. For over 20 years, I've helped people navigate the often confusing world of health and wellbeing. My goal is simple: to make evidence based health advice clearer, more practical and easier to apply in real life.
Hi, I’m Dr Naomi (PhD) and I’ve spent over 20 years working across health research, clinical practice and science communication. If there’s one thing that’s stayed consistent, it’s this:
Health advice can feel confusing, overwhelming and often unrealistic to apply in everyday life.
My work is about changing that.
I specialise in translating complex health information into guidance that feels clear, practical and grounded in evidence, whether I’m working with individuals, brands or the media.
Member of the British Association for Nutritional and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT); Complimentary National Healthcare Council (CNHC);
the British Psychological Society (BPS) Division of Health Psychology (CPsychol).

My work sits at the intersection of nutrition and psychology. Because health is rarely just about what we eat. It’s also about how we think, how we feel, and what is sustainable in the context of real life.
In my work, I focus on helping people cut through the noise and understand what really matters, without adding to the overwhelm.

In my work, I focus on helping people cut through the noise and understand what really matters, without adding to the overwhelm.
The aim is always to make health feel more manageable, with simple, evidence-based changes that can make a meaningful difference over time.

My path into this work has always been shaped by a curiosity about how people actually change their health in real life, not just in theory.

My path into this work has always been shaped by a curiosity about how people actually change their health in real life, not just in theory.
My academic training includes an MSc and PhD in health psychology, where my research focused on chronic pain. During this time, I developed the Exercise Adherence Rating Scale, which has since been widely used in research, and I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Alongside this, I’ve worked within multidisciplinary healthcare teams, supporting individuals living with chronic illness, rare conditions and neurodivergence. That experience has shaped how I work today, combining evidence-based science with a practical and compassionate understanding of the realities people are dealing with day to day.

Alongside my clinical and academic background, I work closely with brands and the media.
I’m regularly featured in national press, including titles such as Stylist, The Telegraph and the Daily Mail, and I have appeared on QVC as a trusted health expert.
I work with brands to create expert-led video content and social media collaborations
